I was introduced to Alison at the beginning of 2024. Was a little nervous at first about reflexology as don’t like my feet being touched but from day one Alison has made me feel relaxed and at ease. I have not had the best of years so far with family concerns but have managed to have treatment every week. Alison has always made me feel relaxed and welcome and the treatment has helped calm my psoriasis and helped in clearing it up. On the days when I have felt really low when having treatment Alison has always had the right thing to say and I have always left feeling better and more relaxed than when I entered. I only receive reflexology as a treatment but highly recommended Alison and her services and look forward to my treatment every time.

I saw Allison mentioned by a contact on Facebook. The persons review resonated with myself and I started to think about Hypnotherapy to help me. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly and I was booked in for a consultation. After this I then booked my sessions as I felt very comfortable talking to Allison and optimistic this was just what I needed. I really enjoyed taking part in what was a new therapy for me. After the first session I felt a great difference, using the techniques daily was advised. After only 3 weeks of finishing my last session I am noticing changes in myself, feeling more focused and proactive, I am planning ahead like I used to. I have also been able to apply the techniques into spontaneous situations in order to help myself, I now feel much healthier as a result. My son had hypnotherapy sessions with Ali to help with anger management. We seen a massive improvement from the very first session, now a month later things have never been better. I initially went to Allison for help with losing weight. Allison put me at ease within 5 minutes. I decided I was going to go ahead with the hypnoslimmer program a little over a year ago. To date I’ve lost a little over 4 stone. From there I had more hypnotherapy which dealt with a lot of baggage I’d been carrying around for years. Allison also helped with the grief I was suffering from with the loss of my Dad, he was my whole world and more. I couldn’t say his name without floods of tears. Now I am so grateful as I can talk about all the happy loving memories we shared without getting upset. Something I never thought would happen.
Allison then began her reflexology training. She asked me if I would let her do practice treatments as she needed at least 100 treatments to pass the course. After what Allison had already done for me I didn’t hesitate, especially after she explained all the health benefits. About 10 years ago I had a bad fall and broke my coccyx, but it went undiagnosed for 6-7 years by which time I had permanent nerve damage and was in constant pain most days. Doped up on painkillers and not much to look forward to. I had weekly treatments (free of charge) while Allison was still training. She could not have been any more professional from the very first session. The first few sessions were a little difficult afterwards as Allison explained the treatment could trigger responses in my body which is part of the healing process. It was painful for a few days afterwards with first few treatments. Allison also done a case study on my legs as I suffered badly with psoriasis. I wore trousers everyday as I was embarrassed about them. My legs have improved so much and I’m now able to wear a dress or even shorts. A year on and my life has improved immensely. I’m not taking the heavy painkillers anymore and I’m a lot happier in myself. My whole outlook on life has completely changed. I’m actually living again and not just existing. I can’t thank Allison enough. I would highly recommend both services that I have used to anyone. Give it a go, it will change your life too!!
